Our office started using Physcians Billing in 1999 and transitioned to PB Clinic software in 2012.  It was an easy decision to stay with people you know and trust.  They will go out of their way to help you by creating a report or researching a billing issue to help you solve your problem.  Lyle, Patti and Karla are great people to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the medical billing industry

I have had the pleasure of working with Lyle & Patti Hardin  since we began using their software billing program approximately 14 years ago.  I was very impressed with the ease and efficiency from the beginning and that has not changed over the many years and evolutions up to their current PB Clinic  program.  To be honest, we rarely have much interaction because the program runs so smoothly and we only touch base occasionally with a random question or two.  If I do have a question their response is immediate and the issue is resolved promptly.  I will continue to recommend them highly to other medical professionals seeking a reliable, responsible software billing provider
