I have had the pleasure of working with Lyle & Patti Hardin since we began using their software billing program approximately 14 years ago. I was very impressed with the ease and efficiency from the beginning and that has not changed over the many years and evolutions up to their current PB Clinic program. To be honest, we rarely have much interaction because the program runs so smoothly and we only touch base occasionally with a random question or two. If I do have a question their response is immediate and the issue is resolved promptly.
